The scenery was spectacular and we truly loved being off the main tourist path. Nilo, our guide was professional, knowledgeable, personable and patient beyond belief. We really enjoyed his company. Julian and Pascual, the cooks, were also exceptional. I don't know how they were able to produce a birthday cake for me at the last minute up at Cachiqata. But it was the most spectacular sunrise birthday I've ever had.
